Welcome to the Ferry Boat Inn, ideally situated opposite the beach in the pretty fishing village of Shaldon on the Teign estuary.

The Ferry Boat Inn- in years gone by known as the Crown hotel - is an 18th century building originally built as a group of fishermans cottages.

It has one long bar featuring original beams and a cosy fireplace ideal for those cold winter nights. Fresh home cooked meals are served every day at lunchtimes and evenings in our bar or restaurant. Across the road in our beach garden there are benches to seat over 100 where you can relax all year round. BBQ's are held every day in the garden during the summer.
